Well finally I have found my way back to the blog, and with some good news. I weighed myself Monday morning and I was at 231!! That makes me feel great like things are starting to move and go my way. I really do not think I will believe it until I see under 230.

Monday 1/12/09

Meal 1 : a banana, boiled egg, coffee
Meal 2 : boiled egg and banana two glasses water
Meal 3 : Tuna fish, salad, two glasses water
Meal 4 : missed
Meal 5 : Penni Pasta in red sauce with chicken, salad, two glasses water
Meal 6 : Muscle milk, apple, two glasses of water

Tuesday 1/13/09

Meal 1 : banana, boiled egg, coffee
Meal 2 : Muscle milk, apple, two glasses water
Meal 3 : Penned pasta with chicken, salad, two glasses water
Meal 4 : boiled egg, two glasses water
Meal 5 : Turkey sandwich with salad, two glasses of water
Meal 6 : missed

Well so far so good. Sunday was great with a wonderful Chinese buffet and look forward to this Sunday for something good. I also found out that Chocolate Muscle Milk Lite is really nasty and I am gonna stick to Mocha Latte. I really do not miss the coke, the junk food and am really surprised at that. May be couple of days because my daughter has basketball games so I will be on the road.

  1. How are the exercises going? Let me know what you did as far as exercise each day. Also, KEY NUMBER 1. Make sure every meal has a portion of protein and carb and two of those meals need a serving of veggies.
