Okay New week has started and I have done something to my wrist. I whining like a baby though so toughing up!. Week has started off good. Weight Monday is 228 so I think I over did the good last week and paid for it in no weight loss. Hey that is okay because I know it can melt away I have seen it go. The weekend was pretty good, stuck to the plan tan on Saturday and really enjoyed it. I am trying to get a running partner hopefully my daughter will go and then I will probably do it more. Well I hope that everyone has a good week,

Monday

Meal 1 : coffee, 2 bananas, boiled egg
meal 2 : two water, apple, egg
meal 3 : two water, turkey sandwich, carrots
meal 4 : missed
meal 5 : two water, spaghetti, slice bread, salad

Tuesday

meal 1 : coffee, koshi fiber cereal, banana
meal 2 : two water, apple, boiled egg
meal 3 : two water, 2 slices pizza, apple
meal 4 : missed
meal 5 : two water, spaghetti, salad
meal 6 : Nada
