Good day to all! Today was a great day I actually got out and ran even though it was cold it was a cool nice afternoon and I felt like it even though it is off schedule I need to make up! Yeah!

meal 2 : two glasses water, boiled egg, orange
meal 3 : turkey sandwich loaded with lettuce, carrots, two glasses water
meal 4 : two glasses water, apple
meal 5 : bad two Wendy's chicken wraps, two glasses of water
meal 6 : carrots, two glasses water

meal 3 : two hamburger patties, carrots, two glasses water
meal 4 : two glasses of water, apple, boiled egg
meal 5 : Chicken pasta, salad, slice french bread, two glasses water
meal 6 : carrots, two glasses of water
meals have been hard to do I see that I am having some trouble finding carbs and good ones. Proteins are not hard, but I think I need to get off boiled eggs and go with just the white or i think i saw you ate some kind of egg substitute? let me know give me some ideas it is getting boring and I need something I can take with me on the road. Also how do you spread your meals out for me it has been around 7am, 10am, 12-1 pm, 4 pm, 7pm. Thanks
