Back in the game of things today, this week has been a hard one for me. i don't know if the desire can be buried any deeper. Did great the first of last week doing exercises and trying to eat right. The end of the week though has proven to be somewhat of a disappointment. I stuck to the diet pretty much, but the exercise plan went out the window and I am trying to find it. I dug it out of the bushes so tonight I have started again. I don't have any bands yet so I will get some this week. I will continue the week two workout tonight. The run have been an utter failure due to the cold weather and I just did not want to get out in it. Saturday was not bad so i did run then.

Meal plan January 19

meal 1 : egg, bananas, two glasses of water
meal 2 : protein shake and apple and water
meal 3 : turkey sandwich, carrots and two glasses of water
meal 4 : olives, apple, boiled egg, two glasses of water
meal 5 : two hamburger patties, broccoli and cauliflower, two glasses of water
meal 6 : orange, two glasses of water

So off to the races again and let me get more focused. Weight this morning 230 lbs. What ? no loss I was frustrated and this made me get more focused. Okay till later!

  1. I felt the same way. the start of last week was fine but thursday and on all I did was eat decent. I ended up moving my free day to saturday due to doing stuff with family but yesterday was good still no excercise though

  2. You guys have to do the exercises. Don't slake off or you won't see any results. I promised I would get you down so much weight a week. Follow my plan and I will drop you 20 lbs quick. Then it gets slower.
