Today was a good day, I decided to weigh again for some strange reason and 1 more pound has fallen off. Good so now I get the chocolate cake! Yeah right. well the workout has fallen off this week mainly because I have done something to my wrist and my left shoulder is bothering me. I am still doing stuff with the bands though. Meals have been okay.

meal 2 : two water, apple, boiled egg
meal 3 : two water, turkey sandwich, carrots
meal 4 : missed
meal 5 : turkey, carrots, broccoli

Thursday 1/29
meal 1 : coffee, banana x 2, koshi cereal
meal 2 : two water, apple
meal 3 : two water, turkey sandwich, apple, salad
meal 4 : two water, apple, pork rinds
meal 5 : chicken breast, broccoli, salad
meal 6 : Nada
